It's Super Saiyan 4 VS Ultra Instinct in the Super Dragon Ball Heroes Manga - Ultra God Mission Chapter 20. This is a better version than the Anime in my opinion as we get a variety of Super Saiyan transformations as well as better dialogue that makes both DBS and GT representatives look cherished in the Franchise.
