The PROBLEM with Vegeta's Little Princess.

When Dragon Ball Z ended, it introduced us to Bulla / Bra. The daughter of Vegeta and Bulma. Not much was expected of the Sister to Trunks during End of Z but Dragon Ball GT was a golden opportunity to build up another Female Saiyan character along with Pan on the Grand Tour. Let's look how useful Bulla actually was.
