In the world of Dragon Ball, time is a baffling and intangible concept. Not only because of the exploits of one Future Trunks, who travelled through time, but also because of other factors, such as the Hyperbolic Time Chamber. We have a pretty good idea of how old those characters are, but we don't really give it much thought because their level of fitness helps them maintain that "forever young" appearance the majority of the time.
