This was apparently Dragon Ball Magic, the so called Web Anime! According to Toriyama, he'll be having a big role in developing this series, and Goku will use his Power Pole more often! Regardless, this pretty much shows what the new Anime will be about! With Kid Goku & Co going on adventures!
