With this tweet, they mention that the revival of the red ribbon army is near! However, an interesting thing to note is that it doesn't mention Dragon Ball Super, and we already have the Super Hero Blu Ray that got announced.

Could it be the promised Web Anime that's been going on in the community? Could it be a remake? Or could it be disappointing/ireelevant info?
