Legends Limited Tag Super Saiyan 4 Goku & Super Saiyan 4 Vegeta are officially out for Dragon Ball Legends! Specifically they are part of the Legends Festival Step Up Banner called "The Ultimate Evolution=Saviors Of The Galaxy".
