(2022) NEW PLAYABLE Semi Perfect Cell DLC GAMEPLAY & MOVESET| Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2
A few days ago, FREE DLC came out for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2, in which you could fight against Semi Perfect Cell. Unfortunately, you couldn't play as him..until "Now". Through a method of basically unlocking the character for the PC version, Semi Perfect Cell is now playable. For this Video, I show off his combos, specials, ultimate, and do SEVERAL battles against the CPU.
As you can see here, Semi Perfect Cell has missing combos and moves. So he's not finished in terms of being a playable character, and not really ready. Perhaps he can come as FREE DLC in DLC15 or 16.
