After some detective work from others, it seems that the NEW character coming to Dragon Ball Legends Is TIEN! Specifically, the tournament of Power Version of Tien

Chances are, he'll likely be a standard Sparking Unit, with new moves and attacks(Hopefully). Likely not an extreme or clone and will have all the moves he used in the Tournament of Power(or most of em, anyway). What are your thoughts on Tien being confirmed for the DB Legends 4th Year Anniversary?
